Completed in 2018 the Gosford Tiny Homes project comprises 4 architect designed studio tiny homes with decking and individual yard space together with common lounge/meeting room. Located within 500m of Gosford CBD and rail station it represents Australia’s first fully DA approved Tiny Home social housing project and has provided safe and secure transitionary homes for over 40 young people at risk of homelessness. The project was a National Finalist and the NSW Winner of the Leading Innovation Award in the 2019 Australasian Housing Institute – Professional Excellence in Housing Awards.
Pacific Link Housing is delighted to work with the Tiny Homes Foundation, an organisation equally dedicated to addressing housing challenges faced by many Australians. The successful Gosford pilot project demonstrates how combining resources and expertise can lead to practical and effective housing solutions. Through our collaboration, we are able to provide stable, independent homes that not only help individuals overcome their housing crises but also create lasting benefits for the entire community. We commend the Tiny Homes Foundation for its innovative strategies and ongoing commitment to solving homelessness.
